Website Tracking, Use of Cookies, and Other Technologies

IGP may collect and store specific information about your visit to its Website, including but not limited to your IP address, your browser software and operating system, the date and time you access the Website and the Internet address of the external website from which you linked to IGP’s Website (collectively, “clickstream data”) through the use of web bugs, email bugs, clear Graphics Interchange Format (GIF), web beacons, tracker GIFs, data logs, and similar methods. You agree that any cause of action that may arise under this Privacy Policy shall be commenced and be heard in the appropriate court in the State of Texas, County of Fort Bend. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Fort Bend County in the State of Texas or the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas.

IGP stives to ensure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user of the Website is entitled to the following:

How to Correct or Update Personally Identifiable Information that IGP Maintains Or Opt Out of Receiving Marketing Materials from IGP

If you do so, your consent will be withdrawn; however, it is possible that you may receive communication(s) scheduled prior to our receipt and processing of your opt-out request.
